Land grab, a central pillar in turning Sri Lanka into a Muslim state

This (The Muslims of Sri Lanka) is a must read indeed for anyone who has any hope for a peaceful, prosperous and pluralistic Sri Lanka. The subsequent parts of the article which will appear in future must also be read. The well organised, intensive and sustained land grab by Muslims in Sinhala dominated areas have been in operation since mid 70s as the writer rightly highlights. I find this subject very interesting as a guy who has witnessed this phenomenon since my early teenage years in my birth place in Central hills and later in many parts of the country while engaged in my professional life. This land grab, often supported by funds from the Middle Eastern states, is so sustained and intense that in many instances entire villages become Muslim in a couple years time leaving only the Buddhist temple which also vanishes shortly afterwards. Though the intensity of it is not confined to a particular region, the eastern district of Ampara has been targeted vigorously. This is demonstrated by the sheer number of Sinhala villages that have disappeared in last few decades.        

Tamils in Northern province were lucky and escaped this tsunami type of Muslim colonization thanks to 30 years long war. However, Minister Rishad Bathurdeen seems catching up that lost time unleashing a massive Muslim settlement schemes both in Wilpattu and other areas in North and East.      

If unchecked with a strong political intervention by a future patriotic government, the consequences are pretty obvious. This political intervention should certainly accompany a robust population control mechanism aimed at Muslim community, which seems almost impossible given the sheer opposition it will generate locally and internationally. But someone must do it. Some have, of course, done it. The case in point is Singapore.            

Give back the country to Ranil!

Sri Lanka would be stable under Ranil Wickramasinhe only as it was before Sirisena and Mahinda hora fucked all up. We need Suddas led by Americans to run this country. Ranil ruled the country very successfully with the support of Suddas until last October. We are all confident that Ranil will again get that chance pretty soon. We will again be roaring past all other countries in the region with a massive development drive as Suddas will again give the country back to Ranil in a silver platter.

DJ’s appointment to Russia as ambassador! What is Sirisena up to?

Dayan Jayathilake (DJ) is now Sri Lanka's new ambassador to the Russian Federation. DJ is indeed an opportunist to his bones. He is equally very cunning. So there should be something big forthcoming. Sirisena is a sinking ship and there are signs that rats would soon start jumping to sea. It is true DJ is at odds with what he calls "Alt Right" in Gotabhaya Rajapaksha's (GR's) camp which includes, according to him, racist Buddhist monks and ex-military guys such as Admiral Sarath Wijesekara. Therefore, he is now openly criticising GR's candidacy. Has he abandoned MR and GR who undoubtedly enjoy a huge popularity among people and joined a sinking ship?

Either DJ simply wants to add another colourful feather in his cap as a diplomat and a "political scientist' in his twilight years in the former domain becoming the Ambassador to Putin's Russia considered be the biggest force against the West's neo-con hegemony in the world or Sirisena is still a force to be reckoned with despite his zero popularity among people. The most likely scenario is the latter assumption. In other words Sirisena is again likely to be the "Common Candidate" in the upcoming Presidential election. This may again be a game plan by the West and India to block MR and GR as there is no one in sight to compete the latter.

JVP- a handy proxy of Neo-Cons

We had an opportunity to witness something unprecedented in Sri Lanka's political history during the campaigning period of the recently concluded Local Government election though it went largely unnoticed amidst the heat of the campaigning. JVP found a section of supporters who would have otherwise been the least likely bunch of supporters, had the party's leader was the current leader's predecessor. We could see some of the ardent lackeys of the Western Imperialists who included blue blooded capitalists, Eelamists , sworn anti- Sinhala Buddhists and some NGO figures were either openly campaigning for JVP or praising JVP as a clean party or a "crusader against corruption" for which worth voting. They campaigned for JVP in various public forms such as media which included electronic, print and social, press conferences and public meetings.  

JVP was portrayed as an alternative to the "Hora Mahinda & his cronies" and "Corrupt UNP & SLFP". How could the capitalists and the lackeys of the Western imperialists become the supporters of JVP, a radical Marxist party which staged two bloody armed uprisings and was a staunch anti-imperialists and anti-Indian expansionists party?  

The fact that JVP became a proxy of the Western Imperialists and the Indian Expansionists under its current leadership is never a secret to anyone who follows Sri Lanka's political developments. JVP played a decisive role helping the West and India to end the former president Mahinda's rule and installing the West's and India's puppet, the current Yahapalana regime. The West and India knew that their puppet regime was becoming increasingly unpopular by every passing day. They knew that Mahinda's popularity was largely intact and his newly formed party-SLPP was to make impressive electoral gains in the near future. On the other hand their lackey UNP's popularity was nose- diving under the leadership of Ranil Wickramasinhe resulting in a substantial loss of its traditional voter base. This scenario inevitably makes the Joint Opposition (JO) led by Mahinda to gain substantial ground electorally. The best way to deprive those gains is to ask people to vote for JVP as they know very well that JVP would never work against the West's and India's interests.    

What we witnessed in the form of post-election comments by some prominent Yahapalana figures who included Mangala Samaraweera, Rajitha Senarathne, Sambanthan, Anura Kumara Disanayake, Champaka Ranawaka and some prominent NGO figures claiming that SLPP was actually the loser as the combined votes against it was greater than what It gained was a result of the ground work made asking people to vote for JVP. In other words JVP has metamorphosed itself to a handy proxy of the Neo-Cons. It is being used to destabilize Sri Lanka finally aimed at Balkanizing it. The most tragic part of it is that this reality is still unknown to many of its supporters, a section of gullible poor rural Sinhalese Buddhists whose brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers made supreme sacrifices to preserve the territorial integrity and the unity of their motherland. They will never know that their beloved party is hugely contributing to a greatest betrayal of their loved ones' supreme sacrifices!  

What would be the next move by the foreign backers of the Yahapalana regime?

It is interesting to see the powerful foreign patrons of the Yahapalana regime namely the Western Imperialists and the Indian Expansionists are now up to with the unexpected massive electoral defeat suffered by their puppet regime in Sri Lanka. Since there is virtually no chance of Yahapalana regime making any electoral victories at the upcoming Presidential and Parliamentary elections ,paving the way for Pohottuwa being the sure winner, the most likely course action on the part of its foreign patrons would be to physically eliminate the key figure behind the Pohottuwa's victory, Mahinda Rajapaksha. Eliminating the key figures, especially in the Third World, who are not prepared to follow the whims and fancies of the West has been the tried and tested modus operandi on the part of the West. The West and India thought that they got rid of the former president Mahinda politically with the installation of their Yahapalana puppet regime in 2015. But they soon realized that they were wrong having seen the massive public support that Mahinda was still enjoying despite the fact that it took full three years to prove it electorally.        

In an earlier post of mine in June 2015 before the General Election I suspected that their prime target would be Gotabhaya Rajapakasha. With the new turn of events, Mahinda would be the most likely immediate target. It is up to Mahinda and the fellow patriot Sri Lankans to protect him with this very real danger.   

The Western Imperialists are set to achieve their biggest victory in SL soon

The Western Imperialists have been scoring one after another victory in Sri Lankan front in past two and half years' time. They are poised to score their biggest victory soon: changing the country's constitution to suit to achieve their imperialist agendas.

The speech titled "The new Constitution – a neo-colonial project!"  made by Dr. Tamara Kunanayagam at the 'Eliya' forum that took place a few days back in Boralesgamuwa is really enlightening and eye opening. Among those who talked at the event included the former Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksha, Dr. Dayan Jayatilake, Ven. Madagoda Abayatissa,  Rev. Father Wimal Thirimanna ,Rear Admiral Sarath Weerasekara and Major General Kamal Gunaratna. The piece by C.A. Chandraprema of 'The Island' on the event has also got some interesting facts.

Syrian soccer team and the Western Imperialists

Syria's heroic soccer team's stunning performances in their quest to qualify for FIFA' s world cup to be held in Russia in 2018 seems a slap on the face of the Western Imperialists hell bent to Balkanize Syria to achieve their neo-colonial agendas. These victories in the sports arena by the Syrians comes close on the heels of Syrian army's recent heroic victory in Deir ez-Zor against ISIS almost sealing off the West's sustained efforts to break Syria in to pieces.  Of course, Syrians would have never been able to achieve their military victories, If Russia and Iran didn't throw their lot behind with them with the much needed military, moral and political support.  The RT's this piece is well written mixing politics and sports.

A very creative and sarcastic comment appears in lanka C news to a post on the former president Chandrika's recent comment on educational qualifications of her successor and the members of his family. The comment has been made by one Pinguttara

In nutshell, Hora Mahinda's predecessor, president Chandrika finally rescued the country with her timely intervention bringing back a leader, a son of a farmer, a true visionary who is now taking the country on a massive development path never seen before. In fact, the stunning achievements made, especially in the war front, by the former president Chandrika were totally ruined by her successor. A fraction of massive destruction Hora Mahinda did during his a decade long tenure to the water resource of the country is as follows!

A new tactic by mercenaries of the Western Imperialists !

Dollar Kakkas have found a new tactic. Make use of Buddhism to achieve their bosses' , the White Christian Western Imperialists' nasty agendas.  The so called Purvesi Balavega has held a meeting yesterday in Vihara Maha Devi Park in Colombo. A photo taken while the event was in progress says thousand words. 

The speaker is a dollar guzzling Buddhist monk. The stupid monk Sobhitha's portrait is in the background. The meeting takes place in front of the Buddha statue in Vihara Maha Devi Park. 

The funny thing is that these mercenaries of the White Christian Western Imperialists are hell bent to wipe out the very thing that they make use to further their nasty agendas. A well planed and successful program to dislodge the position that Buddhism held in Sri Lanka's society is well underway.  

Dollar guzzling NGO's are the backbone in agitating to change the constitution to deprive the position held in Buddhism in the country. Other numerous tactics such as making Peraharas free of elephants( It is an age old and embedded cultural practice/symbol that gives the uniqueness to the Peraharas as has been the case with many cultures), arresting prominent Buddhist monks with false charges and demonizing Buddhist culture in Sri Lanka through well funded media campaigns and NGOs are well underway.   

We will soon witness that Dollar Kakkas such as Purvesi Balavega holding meetings in Buddhist temples! A substantial section of gullible Buddhist monks will readily make available their temples for these Dollar Kakkas.    

PS: It is the Buddhism that laid the foundation for the Sinhalese Buddhist civilization in this land that has lasted for 2500 years despite numerous South Indian invasions and over 500 years of Western colonization. What Buddhism to this land is what Christianity to the UK which laid the foundation for the Anglican civilization in that land. So is the case with Thai Buddhism and Burmese Buddhism, So is the case with many countries in the world be it is Islamic or Christian or Hindu. The Western Imperialists want to uproot the Sinhalese Buddhist foundations from this land as they have historically been steadfastly resisting the nasty machinations of them. It is the very such strong foundations that paved the way for defeating the Tamil terrorists, a bunch of proxies of the imperialist West, made use to achieve their Neo-Imperialist agendas.         

A yet another load of scrap from India?

This ship, certainly a load of scrap, which will not be purchased by any country with sensible government is certainly forced upon us. The Yahapalakayas, the puppet of the Indian expansionists and the White Christian Western Imperialists have become a virtual servants to their masters who helped them to come to power.

Sri Lanka has become the scrap yard of India. The substandard and bad Indian automobiles especially, the cars and motorbikes are responsible for the most number of road accidents in Sri Lanka. Above all, they are responsible for polluting our environment to a very larger extent as they emit the polluted fumes than the Japanese automobiles which have traditionally been truly environmental friendly.

So our tax payers and the country's sovereignty are the biggest causalities and losers by this yet another Indian Expansionists' arm twisting act.    

After all how is this load of scrap going to help us? To fight again against a yet another bunch of Tamil terrorists trained and armed by them? Will the Sri Lankan state ever be able to use it against the Tamil Nadu fishermen who are engaged in wholesale poaching in Sri Lankan waters daily?

Wijedasa Rajapaksha's pro-Sinhalese Buddhist stance !

NGO Kakkas who were instrumental in bringing Yahapalakayas into power are now attacked right and left by Wijedasa Rajapaksha. It all started with an individual called Lakshan Dias said to be an NGO strongman and a lawyer claiming on Derana TV that 194 churches had been attacked by Buddhist Monks. The programme happened to be watched by president Sirisena who in turn inquired about the statement's authenticity from the Cardinal Malcom Ranjit. The latter in turn issued a public statement telling no churches had been attacked.

Any keen political observer in the country would naturally doubt about W. Rajapaksha's new found Sinhalese Buddhist nationalism. He or she would wonder whether Rajapaksha's rage is genuine.  He was known as a typical UNP politician who harbours pro-federalist ideas. Rajapaksha's this stance is most likely to be a ploy to woo the Sinhalese Buddhist votes to his camp when President Siriesena contests the next presidential election. The voter base for Sirisena among Sinhalese Buddhists has now significantly reduced to the point that it would almost be negligible when it comes to a Presidential election. Rajapaksha is rather identified as lenient to Sirisena. The line of thinking seems to be that Rajapaksha would draw a substantial votes from the community in the event of Sirisena deciding to form a government without UNP which is more likely to happen given the way things go now. This might deprive the chances of the candidate from the JO who would otherwise draw the largest chunk of the Sinhalese Buddhist votes. The minority votes plus the Sinhalese Buddhist votes grabbed this way are believed by the Sirisena loyalists would give victory to president Sirirsena. This must also be a part of the plan B being played by Champika Ranawaka as pointed out by C.A. Chandraprem of "The Island".        

Here NGO Kakkas just became a casualty in this political game despite the fact they played a substantial role in bringing Yahapalakayas into power.

The Historical Homeland of Sri Lankan Tamils is Tamil Nadu!

This article by Shenali Waduge is brilliant as has always been with her regular pieces that appear on Lankaweb.  At least some patriotic Sinhalese writers have started to highlight the fact that It was the Northern and Eastern regions of Sri Lanka which was the original places of habitation for the Sinhalese Buddhists as I have been highlighting it in my blog for many years. In other words the Sinhalese Buddhist civilization was born and flourished in that part of the country which culminated with the rise of the great Anuradhapura city.

Some place names in the the North in particular, later Tamilinized, are highlighted in Shenali's article, a must read for every patriotic Sinhalese Buddhist. The bottom line is that the so called "Tamil Homeland ' of the Tamils in Sri Lanka is indeed Tamil Nadu from where the Tamils migrated and settled in the North and East of Sri Lanka. However,a sustained and vigorous propagation of fabricated history of Tamils in Sri Lanka operational for well over a century, duly supported by the Western Colonists, have been able to portray a completely bogus and false history of Tamils in Sri Lanka.

This bogus history is used as a launching pad to claim the so called "Tamil Homeland". The absence of Sinhalese Buddhists for many centuries from the region mainly contributed by the numerous South Indian invasions and persecutions by the Western Colonists paved the way for erasing the evidences of their civilization's presence there. Those evidences, mainly archaeological, have been wiped out with blatant vandalism. In many cases Hindu Kovils have been built on the very sites which used to be Buddhist Temples and other buildings. On the other hand many place names which bore original Sinhalese names have been smartly Tamilinized. Thanks to some enterprising lexicologists the original Sinhalese names have been traced and discovered. Some of these original names get mentioned in the inscriptions found in the places as well as the references in Mahavamsa. Some of these names, of course, have undergone a very little change only and have been Tamilinized in a simple manner. A case in point is Weligamam or Welikamam and Kodigamam of which original Sinhalease names were Weligama and Kodigama respectively. The fact that the Tamilinized words have no meaning at all in Tamil proves that they are just Tamilinized Sinhalese words.                   

The article also includes the list of demands by the Northern Chief Minister Vigneshwaran  which was made public recently in some protest campaigns held in Jaffna.  Some readers will certainly be shocked by reading the list of demands. The Sinhalese Buddhists who elected the present Yahapalana government to power and happen to harbor at least an iota of love for their motherland will find that they have been taken for a good bloody ride. The comments made to the article too are equally interesting and informative.

As has always been the case this piece by Dr. Dayan Jayatilleka titled 'The Geneva resolution: Real reasons and real target', appeared on The Island on 04th Oct, is indeed thought provoking and eye-opening. This should be a must read for every patriotic Sri Lankans, especially for Sinhalese. He highlights a fact that some people do not explicitly declare but really works in their minds. 

According to Dr. Jayatilleka there are some races/nationalities that the West does not historically trust. The cases in points are the Russians, Iranians and Pakistanis. The West have always been at odd with them though in certain cases briefly friendly with some of them to achieve their opportunistic and ulterior motives. However, the West will act with a lethal force against  them when an opportunity comes. What we witness against Russia and Iran at the moment are best examples. Pakistan too will have to pay the price soon. It seems the homework for that eventuality is gathering momentum.  A yet another such race is the Sinhalese. The game plan of the West is to make the Sinhalese weak. The Geneva resolution has many plans aimed at achieving this goal. One of them is to weakening the Sri Lanka army, a nerve Centre in which Sinhalese pride rests in a larger extent.

Though Dr. Jayatilleka doesn't mention in his article,  a careful analysis and study of the past and present events reveal that it is not only the West that considers Sinhalese to be untrustworthy. The Sinhalese, the Sinhalese Buddhists in particular have consistently been a thorn in the flesh for India. The alignment between the the West and India will indeed be a lethal combination against the Sinhalese Buddhists in future.

Marxists in Sri Lanka: JVP vs Samasamajists & Communists

The story of Sri Lanka's Marxists has been somewhat unique which may not be found anywhere in the world.  Sri Lanka got two types of Marxists. The more radical types include the Janatha Vimukthi Peremuna (JVP) and its breakaway party Frontline Socialist Party (FSP) whose support base is relatively small for the moment. The Samasamajists and Communists whose leaders and most of their party supporters are now in their 70s and 80s belong to the other category.  

There is a significant difference between the two. The former, primarily JVP, enjoys a fairly strong ability in mobilizing masses, mostly youth, in comparison to the latter. Though the voter base in comparison to the two major parties (UNP and SLFP) which have been in power in Sri Lanka since independence has been significantly low, JVP is indeed a force to be reckoned with. This is, to a larger extent, due to the two armed insurrections staged by the party since independence. So the JVP's mobilizing power is unquestionable and has a fairly strong presence among the students of the country's state universities. The Samasamajists and Communists voter base is, however, significantly low in comparison to JVP and has been able to represent legislature while being party to the ruling parties especially with Left lenient SLFP.  So the Samasamajists and Communists enjoy a significantly lesser mobilizing ability of masses. There is a bit of a bizarre scenario here. The Marxist revolutionaries are generally to do more with their ability in mass mobilization. In that sense our old revolutionaries are under-performers to a large extent.

In order to become the followers of an ideology one needs to have a clarity about that ideology. This is where we find a significant divergence between the two Marxist types in Sri Lanka. While the well- read old Marxists have been fairly clear about the Marxist ideology, the JVP types have been a confused bunch with shabby and incoherent knowledge on the ideology which they follow dearly. The founder of the JVP himself was suspected to have been incoherent and confused about the Marxist ideology. This major gap on the part of no lesser quarter than the party leadership itself led to some of the intellectually sound cadres to leave the party in 1970's and early 80's.  In other words we find a large body of masses, primarily youth, who strongly follow an ideology with an incoherent knowledge about it. They make up, however, the largest body of the masses who represent the Marxist Ideology in the country which even staged two uprisings resulting in massive destruction to the lives and property of the country.

The very fact that the present JVP leadership is supporting the blue- blooded Capitalist party which governs the country now is a clear example of this. On top of all it is clear even to a political nit wit that the present ruling party represents and follows the agendas of the Western Imperialists. A central axis of Marxism is its rejection of capitalism and the Western imperialism which the ideology believes as major exploitative forces of masses. In other words the JVP fundamentally goes against its Marxist ideology, However, it is still the largest, vibrant and active Marxist party in the country. In doing so the party furthers and strengthens the Capitalism and the Western Imperialism which literally sells Marxism. JVP is also widely accused of receiving a substantial amount of funds from the US during the presidential election in which Sarath Fonseka contested. The amount is said to have gone into thousands of dollars. Wikileaks have revealed that JVP has misused the US funds. Needless to say that the US has been the citadel of the Western Imperialism and had been playing the biggest role in almost wiping out the communism from the face of earth.

In contrast the Samasamajists and Communists  have,  to a larger extend, been following nationalistic policy maintaining a steadfast anti-Capitalistic and Imperialistic stand. While being part of the SLFP led governments they have been able to stand firmly to preserve the country's sovereignty steadfastly opposing the Western Imperialists' interventions to the country.

In an overall assessment there are two scenarios. On the one hand there is the JVP, the largest and the most vibrant Marxist party in the country which seems to have not understood the fundamental ideological tenets of Marxism. This has led the party to be a promoter of Capitalism and the Western Imperialism in the country, a worst ever possible state of affairs expected from a Marxist party. On the other hand we got Samasamajists and Communists who have never lost the ideological core of the Marxism in principal and actions. Besides, they have contributed to the country whenever and whatever possible ways while aligning with Leftist oriented ruling coalitions. However, they woefully lack the mass base which their more radical brethren abundantly enjoys.

Have Sinhalese Buddhists become a worst type of hypocrites?

"If you are in a constant fear of being blown into pieces on the road like a dog, they (the armed forces members of Sri Lanka) are War –Heroes. When that fear is no longer a reality they are the 08th grade passed War Criminals".  This gets widely circulated in these days on social media aptly demonstrating what a hypocritical bunch of people Sinhalese Buddhists are. How once war-heroes who laid down their lives to give us all a peaceful country, leaving us with no fear of being blown into pieces, have become almost illiterate War –Criminals aptly reflects the Sinhalese Buddhists' subjugated mentality to the White Christian Western Imperialists and their lackeys here.

Why do I refer here only the Sinhalese Buddhists rather than Sri Lankans? Needless to say that 98% of the armed forces members who fought terrorism were Sinhalese Buddhists.  Sinhalese Christians were confined only to a few officers with an almost negligible number belonging to other ranks. (The Commissioned Officers and other ranks among the Sinhalese Christians and the Tamils were disproportionately higher until 1960s due to preferences given to them by the powerful Christian Church,  the Christian and Tamil military top brass. Most of them were drawn from the Anglican Schools from Colombo, Jaffna and other major cities. This drastically changed when a military coup was staged by the Christian top brass in the armed forces and the police in 1960s with the support of the Church.). In terms of numbers this has almost been the case with Muslims as well.  (Some gallant Muslim officers, however, have made exceptional cases making an exemplary contribution in winning the war).  Almost all the Tamils consider the Sri Lankan forces as simply war criminals though the latter is the biggest beneficiaries due to the absence of war. So it was the rustic and rural Buddhist youths who made the brunt of the contribution and the sacrifices in eliminating the Tamil terrorism from Sri Lanka's soil as has always been the case for last 2500 years when it comes to defending the country.

Why do then Sinhalese Buddhists now vilify and demonize the very youth who made their supreme sacrifices to protect all of us? That's a trait found in Sinhalese Buddhists' genes which has made them legendary among their enemies who have for long been very successful in achieving their nasty designs at the expense of the former.                  

Sinhalese Buddhists have for ages known for their legendry betrayals of their own lot. This has helped monumentally to their enemies to deceive them and finally to defeat and subjugate them. The three European Colonists made use the community's this weakness to the letter until the so called "political independence" which took place at the middle of the last century. Since then the very same White Christian Western imperialists have been able to outsmart them with brilliant successes. A significant milestone of this sustained and continues efforts on the part of these neo-colonists was the regime change that was orchestrated on 08th January 2015, exactly 200 years later of a similar stunningly successful achievement by the Christian Imperialists.

This inherent weakness on the part of the Sinhalese Buddhist was exploited by a widely common modus operandi by the colonists which has proved extremely successful.   An alien community (ies) was brought down from another land, Tamils being in Sri Lanka's case, and favored them with all the privileges while depriving the indigenous community with all the benefits and privileges. This was aimed at making the latter a weak and second class community. ( A vast majority of Tamils living in the North and East of Sri Lanka was brought by the Portuguese and the Dutch from South India for Tobacco cultivation. By using the above mentioned modus operandi the natives, the Sinhalese Buddhists, were made to be the second class community who over the years assimilated with the Tamils). At the same time a class which become virtually lackeys of the Colonists was produced from the same community, in this case among the Sinhalese Buddhists themselves. A vast majority of this community includes Catholic and Protestant converts from Buddhism.  Privileges,   benefits and incentives were/are used to convert the Buddhists to the above mentioned religions. This community, the converts to Christianity, then becomes the foot soldiers and Sepoy (ies) of the colonists who make use of them to get their dirty works done.

The so called "independence" was offered to the leaders of these Sepoy (ies)  who continue to serve to their masters doing all the dirty works of them. Some of these Sepoy (ies) are "Buddhists" but name only as it is a seasoned trick used by colonists to deceive the indigenous populations.

So Sinhalese Buddhists will again think about the "Broilers" as rural Sinhalese Buddhists soldiers once known until 2005 (cannon fodder or sacrificial lambs) only when the former's lives are under threat of being blown into pieces!  

Students of Jaffna University have dealt a death blow to racist Hora Mahinda and his corrupt cronies!

Yahapalana government's reconciliation efforts have scored a yet another stunning success as has amply been demonstrated by the Tamil students of the Jaffna University. The Sinhalese students who have been studying there have been accorded with one of warmest treatments by their Tamil brethren showing magnificent results achieved in the reconciliation field in the country since Yahapalana government came into power. The Tamil students of the Jaffna University have warmly welcomed and given a glowing tribute to a Kandyan Dance item, a unique Sinhalese Buddhist dance, showing a true spirit of accommodativeness on the part of Tamils. This is more unique as it happened in the foremost seat of education in the Northern Province: at the Jaffna University! 

 

This exemplary act on the part of Tamils has become a death blow to the Sinhalese Buddhists barbarians who live in stone-age. This is indeed a terrible slap on the face of those rabid chauvinists who are blind followers of Hora Mahinda.  It is also a turbo boost for the reconciliation efforts of the government spearheaded by the former president Chandrika who has been granted with millions of dollars by the UN to further reconciliation between Tamils and other ethnicities in the country.  The UN, the Western nations in other words "the International Community" and NGOs must surely be elated by these turn of events at the Jaffna University. 

 

This is also a death-blow to the Sinhala Buddhist racists like Bengamuwe Nalaka, Alle Gunawansa, Wiamal Weerawansa, Udaya Gammanpila and Madumadawa Aravinda who have been going around the country propagating venomous Sinhala racism. On top of all this is a shining example of how the Tamils have forgotten all the atrocities committed against them by the racist Mahinda during his tenure and is indeed refreshing to see that this change has taken place during less than two years of the present Yahapalana government's tenure.   

 

What we witnessed at the Jaffna University is indeed a turning point in the field of reconciliation in the country which should be celebrated by each and every citizen of our beloved motherland. This is one of the very examples to show why Hora racist Mahinda should never be allowed to capture power of this country again as he and his cronies will surely undo all the magnificent achievements made in the field of reconciliation by the Yahapalana government!   

NGOs in a massive brainwashing campaign among rural Sinhalese and university students promoting federalism! Does Joint Opposition know about it?

A huge campaign is underway by the Western funded NGOs in brainwashing rural Sinhalese Buddhists promoting Federalism. Jehan Perera's the National Peace Council which is lavishly funded by Norway and the US, among others, spearheads this massive campaign. The unsuspecting, rustic and poor Sinhalese Buddhists whose sons laid down their lives in thousands for an undivided Sri Lanka are being told that the war victory in 2009 was achieved by committing a "genocide" against "poor Tamils". Therefore,   they are told that those responsible for that "crime" should be punished. That's how the reconciliation among Sinhalese and Tamils can be achieved.  In order to make sure no recurrences of such crimes take place, the victimized Tamils should be allowed to live under their own administration which guarantees the federalism to the North and Eastern areas.  This very successful campaign is underway in almost all the Sinhala Buddhist dominated districts in the country with North Central and the North Western Provinces specially targeted. There are a host of local and international NGOs engaged in this campaign. The National Peace Council and Saravanamuttu's Centre for Policy Alternatives (CPA) spearhead this as mentioned earlier. The generous donors for them include Norway, the US and the European Union.        

These NGO vultures have not confined themselves to the rural populace only.  The have penetrated to the country's state university system and have been carrying out a very successful campaign in brainwashing unsuspecting young minds which promotes federalism.   The case in point is the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL). Under the pretext of reconciliation a very successful campaign promoting federalism is underway at OUSL. A compulsory progarmme called "Social Harmony" for all the undergraduates irrespective of the study programme that they fallow is successfully in progress. This programme is headed by a staunch Eelamists. Jeahan Perera of the National Peace Council is a contributor to the "Social Harmony" programme and talks at great length brainwashing unsuspecting undergraduates. He goes on to say how well the new Yahapalana government has understood the need of a federal solution to the age-old Tamils' demands and how committed it has become in offering it to minorities. He praises the government for the excellent support it extends to NGOs to promote federalism among the rural people. One should keep in mind that OUSL has the largest chunk of undergraduates in the university system numbering more than 35,000. It also has many regional centrrs. So the NGOs' campaign promoting federalism has been able to reach a considerable number of university student populations who will be taking over the country's affairs in a few years' time.The National Peace council's publications promoting federalism are also distributed free of charge among the students.

For every patriotic Sri Lankan this should indeed be an alarming piece of information. What Eelamists couldn't be achieved by an armed campaign in 30 years would be achieved in a few years' time as the federal state of North-East would be the perfect launching pad for the independent state of Tamil Eelam. The only stumbling block for achieving this so far has been the stiff resistance by the rural Sinhalese Buddhists. An intense and sustained brainwashing of Sinhalese Buddhists' mind would do that job.

Does the Joint Opposition (JO) said to be for an undivided Sri Lanka know about this nasty anti-Sri Lankan move by the White Christian Western Imperialists, their stooges here, Eelamists and the Indian Expansionists? The longer the JO takes to take up this issue, the lesser the chances for hoping to have an undivided Sri Lanka.  Whatever good and genuine efforts JO is known to have been doing to preserve Sri Lanka's sovereignty would be in vain, if it allows the White Christian Western Imperialists and their lackeys here to divide our beloved motherland whose territorial integrity was preserved by the lives, blood and the limbs of thousands of rural Sinhalese Buddhist youth!  

Sri Lanka's Gorbachev, What a comparison!

It was the current President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin who said that disintegration of the Soviet Union was the greatest tragedy of the century. It is indeed a tragedy felt by many third world countries that have to bear the brunt of Western Imperialism. A few examples include once prosperous and peaceful Libya, Iraq and Syria which are subjected to Balkanization brilliantly orchestrated by the Imperialists.

The Soviet Union put a firm lid on the Western Imperialists' an all-out ruining of the non-Western developing countries by orchestrating regime changes thereby setting in motion their disintegration into pieces. With the Soviet Union's break up the flood gates were open for the Imperialists to have a field day.

The Western conspirators were in search of a traitor in the Soviet Union's ruling Communist Party. They found a perfect match in Mikhail Gorbachev who was the president of the Soviet Union and the General Secretary of the party at the time of the Soviet Union's demise. The rest is history.

A perfect comparison with regard to Sri Lanka's case is presented by Mr. A. A. M. Nizam, A former Vice President of the SLFP – Matara Electorate. It is indeed refreshing to see that a patriot from a minority community coming with these strong and perfectly matching sentiments.

Sri Lanka had been on a massive development path under former president Mahinda after eliminating the most ruthless terrorist outfit which was incidentally a proxy of the Imperialists.  Mahinda became an arch enemy of the Imperialists primarily due to two reasons. He eliminated their man Prabakharan without bowing to Imperialists' dictates. Then he initiated an unprecedented development drive in the country with the support of the rising China, an all-weather and true friend of Sri Lanka. (The rise of one of oldest and glorious civilizations from non-Western world is truly a challenge to the Western domination of the world). Besides, Mahinda was becoming an example for the leaders of Asian and African countries. A couple of countries in Asia and Africa emulating Mahinda would be the last thing that the Western Imperialists want to see and would be the last nail in their coffin of world domination.

Imperialists received a turbo boost with expansionist India joining hands with them achieving their common goal. Sri Lanka's massive development was an eye sore to India which has always been jealous to see a Sri Lanka on a prosperous path. It has been a time tested habit of India to put a full stop to Sri Lanka's prosperous path when it sees the latter is indeed on that path.

Sri Lanka would be massively fortunate if she finds a Putin of Sri Lankan version when Sri Lanka's Gorbachev ends his term/terms. However, the big question is whether there will be an entity called Sri Lanka by the time Sri Lanka's Gorbachev relinquishes his office. Putin at least had an entity called Russia sans Soviet Union. By the way it is only Mahinda who can be Sri Lanka's Putin. The big question again is whether the Imperialists will allow it to ever happen.

Did Venerable Sobhitha do a U turn?

Some years back Venerable Sobhitha's political activism was portrayed by many anti-Sinhalese Buddhist elements as being an "extremist monk". This portrayal was such strong that one of his pictures, taken while making a fiery speech, found its way to the cover of the professor Tambiah's book- "Buddhism Betrayed?". The book, published in 1992, was yet another brilliant example of time tested and highly successful demonizing campaign against Sinhalese Buddhists.               

It is, however, interesting to see how Venerable Sobhitha was seen by many patriotic Sinhalese Buddhists by the time his passing away. He was seen as one of the prominent figures aligned with the anti-Sinhalese Buddhists forces such as the Western Christian Imperialists, their stooges here and Eelamist who are against the Sinhalese Buddhists. He was accused as having received a large sum of money from the NGOs held bent to demonize the Sinhalese Buddhists. He was one of the biggest pillars of strength of the present Yahapalana regime and played a huge role in ousting the former president Mahinda. 

Did Venerable Sobhitha do a U turn by selling his soul? Or Was he confused with his ideologies? Or Did he become a paid agent of the anti-Sinhalese Buddhist Forces? The history of Sinhalese Buddhists replete with betrayals of the community by both lay persons and Buddhist monks will decide the niche inherited by Venerable Sobhitha!
